The Opportunity

 

Do you enjoy variety, responsibility, and making things happen? Chatoyer Environmental is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Internal Sales & Logistics Support team member to support their sales team, manage customer relationships, and coordinate warehouse logistics.

You’ll play a central role in keeping the sales engine running smoothly – from answering customer enquiries and generating quotes to dispatching orders and managing inventory in our Maroochydore warehouse. It’s a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves structure, and takes pride in doing a bit of everything to keep the wheels turning.

 

Key Outcomes of the Role

  • Sales Support & Customer Service – Provide accurate quotes and product information, enter sales orders, follow up on leads, and maintain the CRM to support the broader sales team.
  • Warehousing & Dispatch – Receive and inspect incoming goods, pick and pack orders, label and arrange delivery, and maintain a tidy and well-organised warehouse.
  • Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, assist with regular stocktakes, update inventory systems, and help with stock transfers and adjustments.
  • Logistics Coordination – Ensure orders are dispatched on time, liaise with freight providers, and keep everything moving behind the scenes.
  • Communication & Reporting – Keep databases up to date, help track pipeline activity and ensure accurate and timely internal reporting.

About You

 

You are someone who:

  • Has at least 1 year of experience in internal sales, warehousing, or logistics (or a mix of all three).
  • Has excellent communication skills and enjoys helping customers and colleagues.
  • Is proactive, organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has experience using business systems like Business Central 365 or similar (desirable).
  • Enjoys rolling up their sleeves and doing what’s needed to support the team.
  • Has a sound understanding of English, both spoken and written.
  • Has knowledge of environmental or industrial products (desirable).
