We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Business and Compliance Manager to lead key operational areas including policy governance, compliance, IT systems, payroll and billing accuracy, and business support. You’ll work closely with the CEO and HomePlace’s Leadership team to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant operations. You’ll lead the finance team and business support staff. Key Responsibilities: - Lead policy and procedure development aligned with NDIS standards
- Oversee document and system architecture, ensuring accessibility and security
- Ensure exacting alignment of participant service agreements, quotes, supports rostered and received, and billed
- Ensure financial reports adhere to Accounting standards and NDIS rules and regulations, and are delivered accurately and in a timely way to meet Leadership team and Board requirements
- Coordinate ICT asset management and liaise proactively with external ICT service providers
- Manage dashboards and reporting for safety, quality, service delivery, and financial performance
- Supervise finance and business support staff
- Drive continuous improvement and support strategic decision-making
About You You bring qualifications in Business, Governance, Finance or Disability/Health/Community Services, and experience in operations and compliance—ideally within the disability or community sector. You’re tech-savvy, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference. Essential Skills: - Strong understanding of NDIS operations
- Experience with CRM, document management, finance and business systems
- Data analytics and dashboard development
- Leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirable: - Project management certification
- Experience in IT asset and cybersecurity coordination
- Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards
