Solutions+ is seeking a Junior Functional Consultant to join their Microsoft Business Unit. This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you'll gain exposure to ERP projects, customer support, and functional consulting, while being mentored by senior consultants.

You'll work on real client projects and support activities while completing your training plan and graduate program. This is the perfect entry point for a proactive, curious, and motivated early-career professional ready to launch their consulting career.

Key Outcomes of the Role

• Participate in ERP delivery projects under the guidance of senior consultants
• Resolve support tickets as scheduled by the GM or Operations Lead
• Assist with project administration, functional health checks, and documentation
• Complete your training plan and graduate program on time and in full
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and project outcomes

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• A bachelor's degree (or near completion) in Information Systems, Accounting, Commerce or similar
• 1-2 years of working experience in a business or tech environment (desirable)
• A good understanding of business processes and financial concepts
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from others
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability
