With strong operational systems and backing from global partner Biobest Group NV, the Loxton site plays a critical role in national order coordination, dispatch and financial administration.

 

This is a senior administrative position central to the daily operational rhythm of the business.

 

About the Opportunity

As Senior Office Administrator, you will take ownership of daily order processing, accounts administration and dispatch coordination. You will report to the Administration Manager, with a dotted reporting line to the Chief Financial Officer, and work closely with leadership and the operational team to ensure financial accuracy, timely dispatch and structured workflow management across the Loxton site.

 

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Loxton, with an immediate start preferred.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily order entry and actioning customer emails

  • Entering orders into MYOB and maintaining accurate system records

  • Preparing packing slips, freight labels and booking freight

  • Coordinating seasonal Aphytis dispatch requirements (Sept–April)

  • Managing accounts payable, including entering AP invoices and preparing creditor runs

  • Sending remittances and maintaining supplier records

  • Managing accounts receivable, including weekly invoicing and AR follow-up

  • Reconciling bank accounts, trading accounts, direct debits and credit cards

  • Monitoring AR arrears and actioning as required

  • Supporting Adelaide Plains invoicing and release schedules

  • Assisting with dispatch coordination during peak periods

  • Completing monthly and quarterly administrative reporting tasks

  • Maintaining structured documentation and process consistency

About You

You are highly organised, financially literate and comfortable operating in a role that combines administration, finance and operational coordination. You enjoy structure, take ownership of process and understand the importance of accuracy in a dispatch-driven environment.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in senior office administration

  • Strong MYOB capability

  • Experience managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Confidence completing reconciliations and maintaining financial accuracy

  • Strong attention to detail and structured workflow management

  • The ability to manage competing deadlines, particularly during seasonal peak periods

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to liaise with customers and suppliers

  • Confidence working within a production, logistics, agricultural or wholesale environment (highly regarded)

  • A steady, practical and accountable approach to work
