Candidate Requirements

To be successful in one of these roles, candidates will need:

• A minimum of three years of experience in the funeral profession
• A proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating sensitivity and compassion in all aspects of funeral service
• A genuine commitment to putting the needs of client families first, ensuring every service is conducted with respect for cultural beliefs, personal requests, and the wishes of their loved one
• A current and valid police clearance
