About the Opportunity
As a Personal Care Worker you will have the opportunity to be part of the team that provides outstanding care to our residents. You will work in a values based organisation that strives to provide the environment that allows residents to age well.
You have a passion for working with people who are ageing and genuinely enjoy providing support in a residential aged care facility.
- A Certificate III in Aged Care
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Worker in an Aged Care environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A current National Police Check (specific to Aged Care and/or Vulnerable Persons)
- Proof of an up to date influenza vaccination
- Availability to work on a 24/7 roster
- Ability to work within aged care standards
