Logistic coordination including the organisation of meetings and teleconferences, collation and distribution of papers and minutes
Coordinate the Annual General Meeting requirements
Provide administrative and communication support as directed by the General Manager

You will bring:
Demonstrable experience in supporting Boards, committees and subcommittees
Proficient with a range of systems, particularly MS office suite
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and complete work in specified timeframes
Outstanding communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to consult with the Board, Executive, Senior Management and stakeholders with confidence
Familiarity with various disabilities and associated requirements
Current unrestricted driver's licence
You must possess (or be willing to obtain) a DHS Disability Clearance or an NDIS Worker Screening and a DHS Child clearance or Working with Children Clearance.
