About the Opportunity


You will be providing support to a range of internal stakeholders in this professional services environment.  You will:

  • Liaising with clients, providing high quality, professional customer service
  • Preparing documentation including drafting, formatting and general document management
  • Assisting with billing
  • Executive support as required

About You


You are a confident administrator who has a love of customer service and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  You will be comfortable liaising at CEO/Partner level and communicating with internal and external executives.


You have

  • Demonstrated capability to provide high quality admin support
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to present documents with appropriate spelling, grammar and consistent formatting
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Great communication skills and a professional manner
  • Impeccable personal presentation
