About the Opportunity
As the Fleurieu Cranes Receptionist, you are the first person to greet visitors whether by they approach the company by phone or in person.
Welcoming all visitors and incoming phone inquiries
Undertaking a variety of administrative tasks
Support employees and management
Assisting other members of the admin team including accounts and payroll
You will have experience with general office administration, and be:
Confident and professional in answering the phone and managing incoming calls
Skilled with Microsoft Office applications
A person who has exceptional attention to detail
Willing to help out with whatever task is needed
While not essential, it would be great if you had:
Experience with MYOB
A Cert III in Business or similar
This is a busy head office in a construction industry business so you will need to be professional, well presented, and comfortable dealing with customers, visitors, and site personnel alike.
