The Opportunity Our client is a fast-growing company with a head office in Adelaide, focused on selling and implementing software solutions. They are seeking an experienced Business Development & Customer Success professional to lead growth initiatives and drive long-term customer success within the SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud division. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic sales and customer success professional to make a significant impact in an expanding team, working closely with product and sales leadership to shape the future of cloud-based ERP solutions. With flexible work arrangements, this role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne, with weekly travel to the SAP offices. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and driving revenue growth.
- Developing and executing business development strategies that align with company objectives.
- Strengthening customer relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline development to closing deals.
- Overseeing marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including General Managers of Sales and SAP S/4 HANA, to align sales strategies with product capabilities.
- Representing the business at industry events, leveraging market insights, and staying ahead of trends in the ERP and cloud solutions space.
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: - 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer success within the ERP, cloud solutions, or technology consulting space.
- A strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud and its value proposition.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- An established network in the industry, with experience engaging with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to collaborate across teams, aligning sales and product strategies for customer success.
- A self-motivated, results-driven mindset, comfortable working independently in a flexible work environment.
- Strong industry connections and self-driven sales capability
