With a strong focus on coordination, accuracy and consistency, the service function is central to ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. This is an important role within the maintenance team, supporting the day-to-day coordination and administration that underpins service delivery. About the Opportunity As Service Coordinator, you will take ownership of the administrative and coordination processes that support maintenance operations. You will be responsible for scheduling technicians, managing job workflows through AroFlo and ensuring all service activities are accurately recorded, completed and followed through to invoicing and reporting. Working closely with the Service Manager and field team, you will play a key role in keeping service delivery organised, responsive and on track. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating technician schedules across multiple service jobs and sites Creating, issuing and tracking service jobs and work orders Maintaining accurate records within AroFlo, including assets, service history and maintenance schedules Monitoring job progress and ensuring completion documentation is captured Issuing purchase orders and coordinating subcontractors where required Processing invoicing and distributing service reports to clients Maintaining maintenance contract records and identifying upcoming renewals Managing compliance documentation, including licences, inductions and insurances Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the service team
About You You are highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a role that sits at the centre of operational activity. You understand how important accurate systems and structured coordination are to a service-based business, and you take ownership of ensuring work is completed properly and on time. To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong administrative and organisational skills Experience coordinating service, maintenance or operational workflows The ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing demands High attention to detail and accuracy in systems and documentation Clear communication skills and confidence liaising with technicians and customers Strong systems capability (experience with AroFlo or similar is highly regarded) Experience in a trade, maintenance or field-based environment will be highly regarded
